"I'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean. However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle. "I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations.
